The cabin

The cozy cabin is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring and adventure. It’s perfect for families and couples and offers the following amenities to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

Maximum occupancy is six people (two queen beds, pull out sofa and folding foam couch bed)

Pet Policy - Sorry pet owners, but no pets of any kind are allowed due to severe allergies.

Kitchen

Galley style kitchen with brand new butcher block counter top, stainless steel sink and subway tile back splash (2022), dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, toaster, blender, and all utensils, bowls, pots, pans, etc for cooking and baking. (main level)

Living room with a high vaulted ceiling, large flat screen television with Fire TV, plush carpet, sectional sofa (pullout bed) and pellet stove. (main level)

Bedroom and bathroom

Spacious bedroom with queen bed, cozy dovet cover, large dresser and hanging rods (main level)

Large loft with vaulted ceiling, a queen bed with soft duvet cover, a folding foam couch, two large dressers, hanging rods, board games, a flat screen television with Fire TV(upper level)

Bathroom with tub and shower, vanity, towel rack with clean towels and large storage cabinet (main level)

Large deck with Adirondack chairs, a small side table and propane BBQ (main level)

The Property

The cabin is tucked into the beautiful and peaceful lakeside community of Serene Lake. It’s just minutes away from several ski (alpine and cross country) resorts, including Sugar Bowl, Boreal, Soda Springs & Royal Gorge.

Flat paved parking pad for 2-3 vehicles.
